Why is an IV better than a rehydration drink?
Swallow a vitamin and it lands in your stomach, gets broken down, then passes through your liver before any of it reaches your blood. That's the first-pass effect, and it means you absorb a fraction of what you took.
An IV skips both steps. You reach concentrations you simply cannot get orally. Most people feel better. Nobody can promise you will — and anyone who does is selling you something.

The medication is the easy part.
Most programs hand you a pen and a monthly charge. We start with bloodwork, because several of the things that make weight genuinely hard to shift — thyroid, insulin, testosterone — are measurable. If one of those is driving it, medication on its own is treating the wrong problem.
Then there's the follow-up, which is the part that usually goes missing. Dose adjustments, side effects, and what's actually happening week to week rather than a number on a scale once a quarter.

It is extremely safe when it's done correctly and dangerous when it's done recklessly. The difference isn't the medication — it's whether anyone is actually watching your bloodwork.
